lengkap pengaju, atau melalui formulir yang dapat diunduh.\u003C/li>\n    \u003Cli>Kesekretariatan mencatat dan mendokumentasikan semua keluhan dan saran yang masuk.\u003C/li>\n    \u003Cli>Kesekretariatan memberikan balasan sementara maksimal 3 hari sejak keluhan diterima.\u003C/li>\n    \u003Cli>Sekretaris melakukan evaluasi untuk menentukan kebutuhan penjelasan atau tindakan perbaikan.\u003C/li>\n    \u003Cli>Sekretaris menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada Ketua.\u003C/li>\n    \u003Cli>Setelah disetujui Ketua, Sekretaris menindaklanjuti ke pihak terkait sampai selesai.\u003C/li>\n    \u003Cli>Sekretaris mengirim surat bahwa keluhan telah ditangani dan berstatus selesai (closed).\u003C/li>\n    \u003Cli>Penanganan keluhan wajib menjaga kerahasiaan pihak pengaju serta subjek yang dikeluhkan.\u003C/li>\n    \u003Cli>Prosedur penanganan keluhan harus memperlakukan semua pihak secara adil dan setara.\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ol>\n\u003Ch2>Banding\u003C/h2>\n\u003Col>\n    \u003Cli>Penanganan banding dilakukan oleh Sekretaris dan Ketua Komite Skema Sertifikasi sesuai SNI ISO/IEC 17024:2012.\u003C/li>\n    \u003Cli>Pengaju banding menyampaikan pengajuan secara tertulis atau menggunakan formulir yang dapat diunduh.\u003C/li>\n    \u003Cli>Sekretaris menerima banding dan mencatatnya.\u003C/li>\n    \u003Cli>Sekretaris melakukan investigasi atas laporan banding terhadap proses sertifikasi yang sudah dilakukan.\u003C/li>\n    \u003Cli>Hasil investigasi dilaporkan kepada Ketua Komite Skema Sertifikasi.\u003C/li>\n    \u003Cli>Ketua Komite Skema Sertifikasi memutuskan menerima atau menolak banding.\u003C/li>\n    \u003Cli>Jika menerima, Sekretaris menindaklanjuti dengan tindakan korektif.\u003C/li>\n    \u003Cli>Jika menolak, Sekretaris menindaklanjuti koordinasi dengan Badan Bantuan Hukum DPP PPNI.\u003C/li>\n    \u003Cli>Penyelesaian banding paling lama 14 hari kerja sejak surat pengajuan diterima.\u003C/li>\n    \u003Cli>Proses penerimaan, investigasi, dan keputusan tidak boleh mengakibatkan diskriminasi terhadap pemohon.\u003C/li>\n    \u003Cli>Semua
